Delivery times for orders include both fulfillment time and shipping time, and they vary based on product type, production location, order size, production capacity, chosen shipping method, and other factors. Generally, domestic standard delivery times range between 2 and 4 days. For a more accurate estimate, you can view the estimated delivery dates when placing an order in the dashboard. Please note that these delivery estimates are indicative and subject to change.
If your order has been processing for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@potbofficial.com, we usually respond within 24 hours.
Order Tracking
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. People Of The Book is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.
All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, POTB reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost.
Package Marked "Delivered" But Not Received
When the tracking for your package is updated as "delivered" by the postal carrier, it triggers an automatic email from us to let you know about this status.
Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email, but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:
- USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another 1-3 business days, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive in the following days.
- Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
- If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. POTB cannot reimburse or re-ship orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
- Check your door/mailbox for a note from your local post office. If you receive a note, it should provide you with the instructions you need to receive your package.
- Contact your local post office and your local customs office. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. Postal services are used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
- Contact us for additional assistance. POTB cannot reimburse or re-ship orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday - Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship on Sundays or the following US federal holidays:
