Ambassador ONE YEAR Policy Agreement

AMBASSADOR Participation  AGREEMENT

1. I am 18 years old or older.
2. I am not an employee, agent, franchise, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
3. I will promote and market POTB products to customers, following the below guidelines to the best of my ability: 

1. Share brand message on social networks.
2. Receive new products and provide photo or video content for promotional, social, or catalog use.  
3. Share on-brand content using our brand hashtags: #POTBAmbassador, #POTB #potbofficial.
4. Maintain PEOPLE OF THE BOOK high standard quality for content: messaging and visuals. 

4. When using hashtag tagging #POTBAmbassador, #POTB #potbofficial.or tagging @potbofficial, PEOPLE OF THE BOOK will own the rights to use the image for email marketing, social media marketing or website content.
   
5. I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.
6. I will not sell company products on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments without the consent and signed contract with the POTB Team.
7. I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
   
8. I will promote POTB products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed.
9. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit all promotional codes effective immediately.
   
10. If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program, any photos sent to POTB will remain in their database to use on their social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
11. I must be an active* Brand Ambassador to remain in the program.
    
12. I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
    
13. I have read the company’s privacy policyand I agree to these terms.

 

 

 

Ambassador COMMITMENTS

 

1. After receiving apparel from POTB, Ambassador will post a picture of themselves wearing the apparel on all current social media accounts and tag all of POTB tags and hashtags. Ambassador will include a positive remark and encourage others to purchase while promoting one self and a BRAND AMBASSDOR and the perks of being one. (statement can be provided from POTB TEAM.
   1. AMBASSADOR will post 4 times a year (every three months). Post will either be same content or new content consisting of new apparel provided by POTB.

 

2. Ambassador will be provided a personalized PROMO CODE, and post a picture provided by POTB on to all social media accounts while including all of POTB tags and hashtags. PROMO CODE will consist of a discount to their followers who buy POTB apparel.
   1. AMBASSADORS will receive PROMOCODES 2 times a years (every 6 months). Post will vary from POTB marketing.
3. Ambassadors will take part in a “FREE GIVEAWAY”, where the Ambassador will choose a random follower who follows all of POTB social media accounts and Ambassador account.
   1. Post will consist of POTB PROMOTIONAL message and hashtags.
   2. Merch will be provided to winner from POTB.
   3. Merch will vary
   4. Ambassadors will take part in “free Giveaway” promotions 2 times a year (every six months0
4. Ambassadors will always promote others to take part in our ambassador program.

 

 

PEOPLE OF THE BOOKS COMMITMENT

 

 

1. People of the Book agrees give the Brand Ambassador their own personal promotional code that offers 15% off when applied at checkout on potbofficial.com.

 

2. People of the Book agrees give the Brand Ambassador a public promotional code that offers a discount when applied at checkout on potbofficial.com.

 

3. PEOPLE OF THE BOOK will provide free product(s) to the Brand Ambassador to promote on social networks

 

4. POTB may provide additional reward points / product awards to top performing Brand Ambassadors at its discretion.
   
5. If the company terminates the program, the POTB must provide 15 days written notice to all Brand Ambassadors prior to the termination date .
6. POTB will retain the rights to use any photos they send us or tag us in, even if the Brand Ambassador exits the program.
   
7. The Company agrees to adhere to the Company’s privacy policy and these terms and conditions.
8. As the POTB AMBASSADOR PROGRAM progresses and Ambassadors flourish, POTB will start a REWARD PROGRAM initiative . THE initiative will consist of tiers based on the progress of ambassadors where they will eventually receive rewards in promocodes, apparel and CASH.

GENERAL

1. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice. The notice may be via email.
2. POTB INC. may alter or discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
3. The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as a company employee for any reason.
